DIC Holdings Construction JSC announced personnel change as follows:

- Mr. Nguyen Van Da was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BODs as from January 07, 2021.

-  Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Da as CEO as from February 17, 2021.

- Mr. Tran Gia Phuc was appointed as CEO as from February 17, 2021.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Duong was appointed as Deputy CEO as from January 07, 2021.
