On January 22, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.106/TB-SGDHCM about the change of the time for rights transference and subscription to buy the additional issuance shares of City Auto Corporation as follows:

• Time for rights transference: from January 04, 2021 to January 27, 2021 (instead of from January 04, 2021 to January 20, 2021).
• Time for subscription and deposit: from January 04, 2021 to February 01, 2021 (instead of from January 04, 2021 to January 25, 2021).
