CRE: Board resolution on real estate investment

On January 05, 2021, the Board of Directors of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved the purchase, selling, transfer of real estate products in Hoang Van Thu New Urban Project in wards Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So in Hoang Mai District, Ha Noi City, which was invested by Hoang Mai Urban Investment Development Joint Stock Company, with the total estimated investment of 838,094,520,000 dongs (including lands and houses).
