CNG: Board signs an agreement with PGD
According to the resolution of the 2020 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company dated January 07, 2021, the general meeting adopted main contents of the gas purchase agreement with Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (stock code: PGD).
