Cardinal Court, a rare housing project in Phu My Hung City Centre
Housing developer Phu My Hung Development Corporation has announced a new project, Cardinal Court, in the Phu My Hung City Centre’s central business district.
In nearly 30 years it has been developing in south HCM City, this is the second project in the central business district, the company said.
The first was Star Hill it built in 2012.
The company said the central business district together with its healthcare district and The Crescent form a key area in the Phu My Hung City Centre thanks to their services and amenities.
Experts said the launch of Cardinal not only aims to exploit a niche market comprising the upper class in the context of rare resources but also to develop the high-end housing market along Nguyen Luong Bang, the biggest boulevard in the Phu My Hung City Centre.
A real estate executive said: “Observing the development roadmap of Phu My Hung in the past five years, it can be seen that all the most advanced projects are more or less related to Nguyen Luong Bang road. In an announcement in June 2020, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, Phu My Hung still emphasised strategy towards the Phu My Hung City Centre’s Southside District, including its largest project, Midtown, also on this road.”
After a year of COVID-19 and constantly changing to adapt, Phu My Hung recently announced its first activity in the new year with the theme ‘Hello Spring.’ Besides meeting and connecting with customers, it is also an opportunity for the company to reveal its plans for 2021, including speeding up the progress of The Peak in the Midtown complex and finish it ahead of schedule.
