ABS: BOD resolution dated January 12, 2021 The Board resolution dated January 12, 2021, the BOD of Binh Thuan Agriculture Services JSC approved the following issues:
1) Approving the result of private stock issuance:
- Number of shares to be issued: 42,560,127 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 42,560,127 shares
- Number of shares registered to be bought and paid: 42,560,127 shares
- Number of refused shares to buy: 0 share.
2) Approving to register to raise its charter capital due to the company issued the private stock. Accordingly, the additional charter capital is VND 425,601,270,000 and the Company will have new charter capital to VND 800,000,000,000, equivalent to 80,000,000 shares.
