VFG: Decision on redistribution of ESOP shares

Based on Decision dated December 02, 2020, Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announces the plan for the redistribution shares that the company recovered ESOP shares from the employees resigned. Details are as follows:

-          Stock name: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 140,203 shares; Of which:

+ Number of transferable freely shares: 48,320 shares

+ Number of transferable restriction shares: 91,883 shares

-          To ensure consistent interests among members who are allocated shares, the number of freely transferable shares of 48,320 will be adjusted into the number of transferable restriction shares.

-          Transferable restriction time: end of July 2022.

-          Distribution method: according to the ESOP regulation.
