TDH: BOD resolution on transferring shares in associated company
The Board resolution dated December 28, 2020, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the plan to transfer 5,355,000 shares, equivalent to 20.68% charter capital of Vico Quang Tri Investment and Mineral Joint Stock Company (Vico Quang Tri) with the transfer price is not less than VND 19,000/share.
