3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)      Expected issue volume: 35,000,000 shares

5)      Total issue value: VND350,000,000,000.

6)      Issue price: VND10,000/share

7)      Regulation on transfer: > 01 year.

8)      Implement date: expected in Quarter IV/2020 – Quarter I/2021.
