PNJ: Board resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company approved the result of ESOP 2020 ending on December 09, 2020 and the plan for unsold shares as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to issue: 2,318,777 shares

-          Number of shares sold: 2,263,375 shares, equivalent to VND45,267,500,000.

-          Number of unsold shares: 55,402 shares

-          The unsold shares will be distributed to the employees in a list at VND20,000/share.

-          Subscription time: from December 14, 2020 to the end of December 17, 2020.
