JVC: Resolution on the EGM 2020 Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated December 17, 2020 as follows:
1) Approving the amendment and supplement of the Company’s charter.
2) Approving the amendment and supplement of Corporate Internal Governance.
3) Approving the establishment of sub-committees under the Board of Directors.
4) Approving the amendment and supplement of the Company’s business lines.
5) Approving the resignation of Mr. Hosono Kyohei as member of BOD from December 09, 2020.
6) Approving the resignation of Mrs. Vu Thi Thuy Hang as member of BOD from December 15, 2020.
7) Approving the Resignation Letter of member of Supervisory Board - Mr. Tran Duc Thanh.
