JVC: Change of personnel

Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Mr. Cao Tien Dung and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh were appointed as Deputy members of the BODs as from December 17, 2020.

-  Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Thi Thuy Hang as CEO cum Director at HCM branch as from December 17, 2020.

- Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong was appointed as CEO cum Director at HCM branch as from December 17, 2020.

-  Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Khang as Deputy CEO cum the legal representative of Kyoto Medical Science Co., ltd as from December 17, 2020.

- Mr. Tran Ngoc Khanh was appointed as the legal representative of Kyoto Medical Science Co., ltd as from December 17, 2020.

-  Approving the resignation of Ms. Le Thi Ha Thanh as Chief Accountant as from December 17, 2020.

- Mr. Tran Duc Thanh was appointed as Chief Accountant as from December 17, 2020.
