HPX: BOD resolution dated December 10, 2020

Based on the Board resolution No.37 dated December 10, 2020, the BOD of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (HPX) decided to approve the following issues:

1)      Approving the transfer of shares in Hai Phat Land to other investors that HPX owned at least 51% charter capital of Hai Phat Land.

2)      Approving the signing of transaction contract between Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Topaz PM Vietnam Investment and Development Company Limited.

3)      Approving the signing of transaction contract between Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Topaz PM Vietnam Investment and Diamond IC Company Limited.
