HDG: BOD resolution on the first cash dividend payment for 2020

The Board resolution dated December 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: Quarter 1/2021.
