EIB: Postponement of holding AGM 2020 for 3rd time

The Board resolution dated December 10, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the delay the time to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the third time on December 15, 2020 due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic. The third Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2020 will be held at the appropriate time.
