DTA: BOD resolution dated December 14, 2020

The Board Resolution dated December 14, 2020, the BOD of De Tam Joint Stock Company (DTA) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the capital borrowing at BIDV – Phu My Hung branch with total amount VND 10 billion to supplement its working capital.

2)      Approving the purchase of car to serve the business trips needs of the company's employees.

3)      Approving the dissolution of business location at 602 floor 6^th, 106 Nguyen Van Troi Street, ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh and move to 2/6-2/8 Nui Thanh, ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh.
