DSN: Increasing contributed capital in Lotus Aroma

The Board resolution dated December 16, 2020, the BOD of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation approved to increase contributed capital in Lotus Aroma Food Joint Stock Company (Alota) to VND 3,000,000,000. Total contributed capital of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation in Alota after the additional capital contribution is VND 9,000,000,000, accounting for 60% charter capital of Alota.
