DBT: SSC receives the documents of share issue

On December 18, 2020, BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company received Official Document No.7289/UBCK-QLCB dated December 14, 2020 by the State Securities Commission (SSC) confirming that SSC had received enough documents of share issue for capital increase by BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. The State Securities Commission asked the Company to issue shares as planned.
