-          Approving the resignation of Mr.Nguyen The Quoc Uy as Chief Accountant as from December 01, 2020.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr.Nguyen Khac Hanh as Head of internal audit board as from December 01, 2020.

-          Mr. Nguyen Khac Hanh was appointed as Chief Accountant as from December 01, 2020 to November 30, 2024.

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son was appointed as Head of internal audit board as from December 01, 2020.
