-  Approving the resignation of Ms. Hoang Thi Hoai Linh as a member of the BODs in the term 2018-2023.

-  Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu Oanh as Deputy Chairman of the BODs in the term 2018-2023.

-  Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy as CEO as from December 30, 2020.

- Mr. Van Minh Hoang was appointed as CEO as from December 31, 2020.
