The Board resolution dated December 09, 2020, the BOD of Chuong Duong Corporation approved the record date to pay dividends in bonus shares to existing shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: December 25, 2020

-          Content: to pay dividends in bonus shares

-          Exercise ratio: 40%/share (05 shares wiil be received 02 bonus shares).
