VPD: Change of personnel

Viet Nam Power Development Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tung Phuong as Chairman of the BODs.

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Dao was appointed as Chairman of the BODs.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Quang Hai as a member of the Supervisory Board.

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nga was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board.
