VHM: Explanation for the Q3.2020 separate financial statements

Vinhomes Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business performance in the separate financial statements in Quarter 3 of 2020 as follows:

According to the separate financial statements, the profit after tax in Quarter 3 of 2020 increased by 205 billion dongs (+24%) compared to Quarter 3 of 2019 mainly thanks to the following reasons:

−        Gross profit went up 3,012 billion dongs mainly because of the increase in profit from general construction contractor services;

−        Financial income decreased 2,571 billion dongs against the same period of last year because of the decrease in profit from investment cooperation.
