TDC: Board resolution on issuing bonds Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.14 dated November 03, 2020 approving a private placement of bonds in 2020 as follows:

- Purpose: to raise funds of the issuer

- Issue quantity: 700,000 bonds, or VND700 billion
