RDP: The record date for the EGM and dividend payment On November 19, 2020, HOSE announces the record date for the for the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) and the dividend payment of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company:
1. Ex-right date: November 27, 2020
2. Record date: November 30, 2020
For the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM):
Meeting date: December 30, 2020
Meeting venue: Lot H1-H9, street 8, Tan Do industrial park, Dua Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An Province.
To pay stock dividend for 2019:
- Exercise ratio: 10%
The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share.
- Estimated issue volume: 3,733,671 shares
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
