NKG: Board resolution on investment plans

On November 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (stock code: NKG) approved investment plans as follows:

−        Purpose of investment:

+  To build a centralized warehouse and relocate the steel pipe workshop;

+  To optimize production, reduce cost, etc.

−        Investment scale: 04 hectares

Total investment: about 250 billion dongs.
