On October 22, 2020, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the bond issuance to public as follows:

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND 6,975,000,000,000

-          Par value: VND 100,000/bond

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and no warrants

-          Expected issue time: Q4/2020 or Q1/2021.
