PC1: Board Resolution on the Investment in Bao Lac A Hydropower Project

On October 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Power Construction Joint Stock Company (PC1) approved a plan for setting up a project company to carry out Bao Lac A Hydropower Project as follows:

-          Company type: joint stock company

-          Company name: Gam River Hydropower Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND30 billion

Of which:

*  Power Construction Joint Stock Company owns at least 51%

*  The remaining stake will be sold to outside partners.

-          Time of implementation: in October 2020.
