Joint Stock Company for Telecoms and Informatics announces the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated October 20, 2020, which was convened under the form of absentee voting:

1)      Approving the addition of business lines:

-          Sector code 92001: Lottery activities

-          Sector code 6311, 6312: Information portals.

2)      Allowing the Company to participate in the bid (and signing contracts if winning) of package “Equipment for expanding IP network in 2020-2021” in VNPT Net.
