HTN: Decision on tax penalties

Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated October 08, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 34,677,623

-          Corporate income tax arrears in 2017&2018: VND 127,108,142

-          Value added tax arrears in 2018: VND 46,279,975

-          Late payment: VND 40,510,816.
