GAB: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

On October 28, 2020, FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders with the following contents:

1)      Approving the supplement of the company’s business lines.

2)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter.

3)      Approving the company allowed GAB’s major shareholders to receive the transfer shares to lead to their ownership reaching the legal levels without having to make a public tender offer.
