On October 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved contents as follows:

1)        Record date for shareholder list: November 13, 2020

2)        The plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing:

- Approving to adjust revenue plan for 2020; Time of implementation: from November 19, 2020 to December 03, 2020.

- Approving to pay the 2020 dividend in cash:

+ Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

+ Payment date: November 2020.
