ASG: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of contribution capital

On October 21, 2020, ASG Corporation issued a decision to approve the company received the transfer of contributed capital in Southern Airport Services Com Ltd with total amount of VND 324,075,000,000, equivalent to 74.5% charter capital of Southern Airport Services Com Ltd.

           To appoint Mr. Truong Minh Hoang and Mr. Nguyen Van Thang as representatives of contributed capital of ASG Corporation in Southern Airport Services Com Ltd.
