Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announce the Board resolution dated September 23, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors decided to borrow a loan at Vietcombank – Tien Giang Branch for TICCO Concrete Ltd., Co.:

-          Total loan value: VND23,476,400,000

-          Project: to invest in 12 concrete mixer trucks and 02 pump cars at TICCO Concrete Ltd., Co.

-          Maximum loan term: 60 months.
