Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated September 19, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The EGM approved to issue shares to employees and raise its charter capital in 2020 according to Proposal dated September 09, 2020.

2)      The EGM approved the plan for 2019 profit distribution according to Proposal dated September 09, 2020.

3)      The EGM approved to raise the business investment limit of bonds that issued by MaSan Group Corporation according to Proposal dated September 09, 2020.
