The Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation approved to pay for the 2019 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  September 15, 2020

-          Payment date: October 07, 2020

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Southern Seed Corporation.
