On September 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (Saigontel) approved a short-term loan to raise the Company’s working capital, as follows:

-          Lender: Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation

-          Relationship: Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigontel, is the CEO of Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation

-          Loan value: VND7,500,000,000

-          Loan term: 03 months

-          Interest rate: 11%/year.
