NLG: Decision on tax penalties

Nam Long Investment Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated August 26, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 165,534,820

-          Value added tax arrears: VND 20,000,000

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND 807,674,101

-          Late payment: VND 36,520,241.
