MRF: Extraordinary General Mandate 2020

On 29/09/2020, Merufa Joint Stock Company announced the Extraordinary General Mandate 2020 as follows:
- Approved submissions on: 1) share issuance to increase share capital from owner’s equity; 2) transaction between the company and related parties; 3) expending company's production; 
- Approved policy of share issuance under ESOP on the next Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
-  Board of Directors are assigned to decide and implement the above contents in accordance with the Law, Charter of the Company.
