On September 18, 2020, First Real Joint Stock Company issued a decsion to approve the stop to implement the plan of stock offering to existing shareholders according to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholder No.01 and Proposal No.08 dated May 22, 2020 of the Board of Directors.
