Vinalink International Freight Forwarders announces the Board resolution on the transfer of entire stake at Vinatrans Danang and the public offering of shares owned by Vinalink International Freight Forwarders at Vinatrans Danang.

1)      Board resolution on the transfer of entire stake at Vinatrans Danang:

On August 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders unanimously approved to transfer the entire stake at Vinatrans Danang at a price not less than VND104,000/share.

2)      The public offering of shares owned by Vinalink International Freight Forwarders at Vinatrans Danang

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Offering volume: 439,200 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Selling price: not less than VND104,000/share

-          Beginning date of the offering: August 17, 2020

-          Deadline for subscription: 12:00, September 03, 2020.
