On August 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCSC) approved the bond redemption prior to maturity as follows:

−      Estimated redemption volume: 20,000 bonds

−      Face value: VND10,000,000

−      Estimated redemption value at face value: VND200,000,000,000

−      Trading time: from September to the end of November 2020 and after 15 business days from the day of signing of this resolution.
