TTA: Change of personnel

Truong Thanh Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Huy Duc as Director as from August 21, 2020.

-          Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung was appointed as CEO in the term 2020-2023 cum Deputy Chairman of the BODs in the term 2018-2023 as from August 21, 2020.

-          Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Mr. Vo Xuan Hieu and Mr, Tran Huy Thieu were appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BODs in the term 2018-2023 as from August 21, 2020.

-          Mr. Tran Huy Du, Chairman of the BOD was appointed as the legal representative.
