TDH: Notice of record date for additional issue to increase the equity

HOSE announces the record date of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation:

-   Ex-right date: August 13, 2020           

-   Record date: August 14, 2020    

-          Purpose: additional issue to increase the equity.

-   Exercise ratio: 100:20

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 20 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 18,775,676 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

Place of payment:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation.
