SPM: Reminded of holding Annual General Meeting 2020 (the 4th time)

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) sent 03 documents to remind S.P.M Corporation to convene Annual General Meeting 2020. However, until the present, HOSE has not received any announcement of record date for holding Annual General Meeting 2020 by S.P.M Corporation.

Therefore, in order to ensure shareholders’ interests, HOSE reminded for the fourth time and asked S.P.M Corporation to convene Annual General Meeting 2020.
