SPM: Reminded of holding Annual General Meeting 2020 (the 3rd time)

On July 07, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) sent a document to remind S.P.M Corporation to convene Annual General Meeting 2020. However, until the present, HOSE has not received any announcement of record date for holding Annual General Meeting 2020 by S.P.M Corporation.

Therefore, in order to ensure shareholders’ interests, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) reminded for the third time and asked S.P.M Corporation to convene Annual General Meeting 2020 as well as send an explanation document for the delay of Annual General Meeting before August 07, 2020.
