According to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders under the form of absentee voting dated August 06, 2020, shareholders of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (short name: Petroland) approved the plan for adding new business lines to the Company’s business function as follow:

-       Construction of all kinds of works;

-       Building management and operation services.
