HID: Board resolution on the loan guarantee

Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated August 06, 2020 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to mortgage 13,066,000 shares at VKT - Hoa An Solar Plant Joint Stock Company to Ba Dinh Branch of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank in order to guarantee the obligations of borrowing/ LC/ guarantee/ bond underwriting of VKT - Hoa An Solar Plant Joint Stock Company.
