FCM: Late in information disclosure

Pursuant to Point q, Clause 1, Article 9 and Clause 2, Article 12, Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015 regarding the disclosure of information on the securities market, FECON Mining Joint Stock Company was late in releasing the Board decision on borrowing.  

Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange suggested FECON Mining Joint Stock Company comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market.
