EIB: The 2020 annual general meeting is not eligible to conduct for the 2nd time

The Second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2020 was convened on July 29, 2020, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced. However, there were only 142 shareholders attending the meeting, representing 523,311,417 shares, accounting for 42.57% of the total number of voting shares and less than 51%. Therefore, Second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2020 of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank was not eligible to conduct.
